Ethan Waldman's tiny house, "parked" beside a wooded pond, provides everything he was looking for in a home. Ethan and a contractor friend spent a year building his tiny home, part-time. The structure is built on a steel trailer, enabling him to move his home to different locations with ease: Change the view from any of the windows? Make the sun set on the other side of the house? No problem. The house features shiplap pine siding, cedar shingles and Marvin windows. With the help of architectural designer, Milford Cushman, they built a just-big-enough home where Ethan and girlfriend, Ann, could be comfortable and feel connected to the natural environment.
