Fischer Homes just completed a new decorated model in Louisville and is hosting a grand opening to celebrate. The grand opening for the new Avery Coastal Classic model will take place on Saturday, September 28 and Sunday, September 29 from noon to 4 p.m. at the community of Summit Parks in La Grange, Kentucky.

Summit Parks is in Oldham County on Jericho Road. Buyers can choose from a variety of single-family floorplans, including five-level, ranch, and first-floor master design. Home sites from a half-acre to over an acre are available from the $250,000s to the $350,000s+.

“Summit Parks offers stunning new home designs with hundreds of personalization options in a picturesque location,” said Jay Smith, Louisville market president at Fischer Homes. “We are excited to introduce a new decorated model to La Grange, as we continue to see growing demand in this area.”

Fischer Homes will be unveiling the Avery model in Summit Parks, a top-selling single-family floor plan with a unique five-level design. The first floor features a spacious open kitchen, two-story family room, and finished lower level recreation room. A private owner’s retreat, which includes a sitting area, spa-like bath, and dual walk-in closets is just a few steps away. The laundry room is in between the owner’s retreat and the three additional bedrooms, which are on their own level.

The model at Summit Parks marks the company’s ninth model home since entering the Louisville market in January of 2018. Louisville’s largest home builder now has 16 communities in the area with new homes ranging in price from the $180,000s to the $650,000s+.
